An absence of almost twelve months, but at last the new motorhome is ordered. It will be ready for the road in the not too distance future. The key change is the Fiat X290 cab with LED sightlights and 180 hordes under the bonnet. The task of finding those extras is underway now, with the usual favourites of wine glass holders and satellite systems all in the offing.
The 2015 Swift Kontiki Black Edition features the new Fiat X290 chassis.
The new motorhome is another Kon-tiki, again a 679 with the rear garage.

This new model is the “Black Edition” specification. The motorhome is very similar to the previous models and in fact is the same layout. There is however the revised Fiat front end and a few Swift Group specification changes.

Glad to see you back! Was getting worried:-) glad to see you’re getting another 679, don’t think “Carthago Kid” rings the same bell :-). We’re into our seventh week of touring Europe in our 679 and only had one day of rain, currently sitting in 27* of sun having a beer!
