The Camping and Caravanning Club Devizes is located a few miles to the west of the market town of Devizes. Mature trees and shrubs form a natural perimeter to the site, whilst just outside the Camping and Caravanning Club Devizes site stands the Kennet and Avon Canal.

The modern amenity block at the Camping and Caravanning Club Devizes

In common with many sites within the one hundred or so strong Club network, the Camping and Caravanning Club Devizes offers an array of facilities for the modern day camper.

    • Generous sized hard stand pitches
    • Heated toilet/shower bock with parent/child room
    • Pot wash area
    • On site laundry
    • Chemical disposal point.
    • Easy to accessmotorhome service point.
    • Childrens’ play area on site.
    • WiFi (charge payable)

Dogs are welcome on site but in accordance with the Club’s policies, dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on site. However, there is a large, fenced field within the confines of the site where the four legged ones can run free. WiFi is available on a chargeable basis. Fresh bread, milk, eggs and a selection of groceries are available from reception.

The Camping and Caravanning Club Devizes is open all year round and as such offers mostly hard standing pitches with electric hook up. A few grass pitches are also available, with or without electric hook up.

Things to do close to the Camping and Caravanning Club Devizes

The nearby canal path offers excellent walking and cycling

Narrow boat and canal enthusiasts will not be disappointed – the Kennet and Avon Canal is adjacent to the site. The tow path makes for pleasant walking or cycling. A bus stop, less than five minutes walk from the site entrance offers a service to Devizes town centre or to historic Bath. The Three Magpies pub is adjacent and there are other pubs within walking or cycling distance along the tow path.

The Camping and Caravanning Club Devizes was very busy during my mid week stay but the site was peaceful and a relaxing place to be. The site is open all year round and pricing can be found here
